The first book is dedicated to the unforgettable F-104, going back to its roots: the operations with the US Air Force in the first years of its long career

 This book, which gathers also photos and tales unpublished, is formed by various chapters dedicated to the development of the revolutionary project, to the technical description of the early versions of the aircraft, to the operational service with the USAF, NASA and the Luftwaffe, that trained its pilots in Arizona, with aircraft in US livery. Then, there are a tale of an Italian pilot who flew at Luke AFB, section for modellers with information and various colour profiles. In the appendix, data, numbers and characteristics. A complete work that span the 40 years of operations, from 1954 to 1994, and that cannot be missed by all the enthusiast lovers of this fascinating aircraft.
