    The offer and sale of products through the website www.rnpublishing.com are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. For any other legal information, please refer to the following sections: Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Right of Withdrawal. Before submitting a purchase order, the Customer is required to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Submitting a purchase order implies full knowledge and express acceptance of both these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the provisions contained in the Order Form. Once the online purchase procedure is completed, the Customer is required to print and retain a copy of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the relevant Order Form, both of which have been read and accepted.Before submitting a purchase order, the Customer is required to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Submitting the purchase order implies full knowledge and express acceptance of both the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the contents of the Order Form. Once the online purchase procedure is completed, the Customer is required to print and retain these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the related order form, which have already been viewed and accepted.

    1. Purpose

    1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the online sale of products through the e-commerce service available at www.rnpublishing.com. Given the wide range of products offered, their main characteristics and prices (including any additional charges) are clearly indicated directly on the website.

    1.2 The products offered on the website may be ordered and shipped worldwide, unless otherwise specified during the checkout process or where specific logistical or customs restrictions apply.
    The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders destined for countries where shipping is not technically or legally feasible, in which case the Customer will be promptly notified.

    2. Parties

    These terms are made available to the Customer so that they may be stored and reproduced in accordance with Article 12 of Legislative Decree No. 70/2003.

    2.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.rnpublishing.com and do not govern the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than the Seller that may be present on www.rnpublishing.com via links, banners, or other hypertext connections. Before placing orders and purchasing products or services from parties other than the Seller, we advise you to review their own terms and conditions of sale, as the Seller is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties.

    2.2 Products are sold to the Customer identified by the data entered in the electronic Order Form and upon acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

    2.3 Product offers on www.rnpublishing.com are intended for customers of legal age. If you are under 18, you must first obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian in order to make purchases on www.rnpublishing.com. Please remember: this applies not only to our website but to all websites you visit. If you see or are asked to provide information online that you do not understand, always ask your parents for help. By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

    2.4 Customers are strictly prohibited from using false, fictitious, or invented names during the online ordering process or in any other communications. The Seller reserves the right to take legal action against any such violations or abuses, in the interest and protection of all consumers.

    2.5 By accepting these Terms of Sale, you also release the Seller from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data you provided when submitting your online order, as you are solely responsible for their accuracy.

    3. Sale via E-Commerce Service

    3.1. For the purposes of these terms, an online sales contract refers to a distance contract concerning the sale of movable goods (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) entered into between you, as the Customer, and RN Publishing S.a.s., as the Seller, within the framework of an e-commerce service organized by the Seller, using the remote communication technology known as the Internet.

    3.2. To conclude the purchase contract for one or more Products, you must fill out the order form in electronic format (hereinafter the “Order”) and submit it to the Seller online by following the relevant instructions.

    3.3. The Order shall include:

    1. a reference to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale;
    2. details and images of each Product and the relevant price;
    3. the payment methods available;
    4. delivery methods and related shipping and delivery charges;
    5. a reference to the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal;
    6. the procedures and deadlines for returning purchased products.

    3.4. Although RN Publishing S.a.s. constantly adopts measures to ensure that the photographs displayed on the Site are accurate representations of the original products—including the use of every possible technological solution to minimize discrepancies—some variations may occur due to the technical characteristics and color resolution features of your computer. Therefore, the Seller shall not be held responsible for any discrepancies in product images due to such technical factors, as those images serve an illustrative purpose only.

    3.5. Before completing the contract, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, including the notice on the right of withdrawal and data processing.

    3.6. The contract shall be deemed concluded when the Seller receives your Order via the Internet, subject to the verification of the accuracy of the data provided therein.

    3.7. The language available for concluding the contract with the Seller is Italian, and the applicable law is Italian law.

    3.8. Once the contract has been concluded, the Seller will process your Order for fulfillment.

    4. Order Fulfillment

    4.1. By submitting the Order via the Internet, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in dealings with the Seller.

    4.2. Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will send you an Order Confirmation via email, summarizing the information already contained in the Order, as detailed in sections 3.3, 3.4, and 3.5.

    4.3. Before sending the Order Confirmation, the Seller reserves the right to request additional information regarding the Order by email or phone, using the contact details you provided.

    4.4. The Seller reserves the right not to process orders that are incomplete, contain incorrect or unverifiable information, or in the event of logistical or legal constraints that prevent delivery to the destination country. In such cases, the Customer will be promptly informed by email and, if payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded or released according to the original method of payment.

    4.5. If the products displayed on the website are no longer available or for sale after the Order has been submitted, the Seller will inform you of such unavailability in a timely manner and, in any event, within thirty (30) working days from the day after your Order was submitted. In this case, any amount previously authorized on your payment method will be released.

    4.6. The Seller undertakes to deliver the products ordered by the Customer no later than 30 days from the date the contract is concluded.

    4.7. Each sale made by the Seller through the online sales service may include one or more products, with no quantity limit per item.

    4.8. RN Publishing S.a.s. reserves the right to refuse orders from any Customer with whom there is an ongoing legal dispute concerning a previous order. This also applies in any case where RN Publishing S.a.s. deems the Customer unsuitable—for example, due to previous violations of the terms for online purchases on the Site or for any other legitimate reason, particularly if the Customer has been involved in fraudulent activities of any kind.

    5. Sales Prices

    5.1. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all prices of Products and shipping/delivery charges indicated on the website and in the Order are inclusive of VAT and expressed in Euros. The prices applicable are only those shown on the website at the time the Order is submitted online. Product prices and shipping/delivery charges may change without prior notice. You are therefore advised to check the final sale price before submitting the Order.

    5.2. All Products are shipped directly from Italy. Unless otherwise specified, the prices of the Products and the shipping and delivery costs indicated on the website and in the Order do not include any customs duties, taxes, or other charges applicable in the destination country, particularly in the case of shipments outside the EU. Such charges, where provided by local regulations, cannot be calculated in advance and shall be borne entirely by the Customer. Payment for such charges must be made directly upon delivery, according to the instructions provided by the carrier.

    5.3. These additional charges shall be borne by the Customer and must be paid directly at the time of delivery, in accordance with the instructions provided in the Order Confirmation.

    6. Payment Methods

    You may pay for the Products and the related shipping and delivery charges using one of the methods indicated in the Order Form and summarized below:

    1. PayPal Account – If you have a PayPal account, RN Publishing S.a.s. allows you to make payments using your registered PayPal email address and password.
    2. Credit and Prepaid Cards – Online orders on our website may be paid using credit or prepaid cards via the PayPal platform, with no additional charges applied to the product or shipping costs. You must be the holder of a valid credit card at the time of placing the order and the name on the card must match the billing details provided. If these conditions are not met, the order cannot be processed.
    3. Bank Transfer – You may pay for your order quickly and securely via home banking. The amount will be directly debited from your current account.
    4. At no point during the purchase process does RN Publishing S.a.s. have access to your credit card information (such as the card number or expiration date), which is transmitted via a secure, encrypted connection directly to the payment service provider (bank or PayPal). The Seller does not store any such data in its systems.
    5. Therefore, the Seller shall not be held liable in any way for any fraudulent or improper use of credit or prepaid cards by third parties.

    7. Shipping and Delivery of Products

    7.1. Each shipment includes:

    1. the product(s) ordered;
    2. the transport document/invoice;
    3. any required accompanying documentation based on the destination country;
    4. any promotional or marketing materials.

    7.2. Products purchased via the Seller’s website may be delivered using various methods:

    1. Home delivery to the Customer’s address.

    7.3. The purchased products will be delivered by a courier selected by the Seller to the shipping address provided by the Customer in the Order, with insured shipping. For further details on costs, delivery times, shipping methods, and the list of countries served, please refer to the Shipping section.

    7.4. Upon delivery at your address, you are required to check the integrity of the package(s) delivered by the courier. In case of any anomalies, you must have the courier record and acknowledge them immediately and reject the delivery. Failure to do so will void your right to claim related remedies.

    8. Right of Withdrawal

    8.1. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

    1. Returned Products must be returned in their entirety, not in parts or components;
    2. Returned Products must not have been used or damaged;
    3. Returned Products must be returned in their original packaging;
    4. Returned Products must be shipped to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller reserves the right to refuse returns from the same Order that are sent at different times;
    5. Returned Products must be handed over to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received the products.

    8.2. The Return Form must be completed and sent to info@rnpublishing.com. Once submitted, you will receive all the necessary instructions for returning the Products.

    8.3. Alternatively, you may submit any other explicit declaration of your intent to exercise your right of withdrawal.

    8.4. Only if the Customer who enters into the contract is a Consumer (defined as any natural person acting on the website for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, or profession), shall they be entitled to withdraw from the contract with the Seller without any penalty and without providing a reason, by notifying the Seller within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer (other than the carrier) physically takes possession of the goods. This time limit is met if the Customer returns the goods before the 14-day period expires. Please note that, as provided by current legislation, the right of withdrawal is excluded and therefore may not be exercised for Products that have been customized at your explicit request at the time the Order was placed.

    8.5. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may:

    Download the Return Form via the link provided in this section and in the footer of the website, accessible from any page on www.rnpublishing.com. Once completed, the form must be submitted within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products, clearly indicating your intent to withdraw from the contract and specifying which products you wish to return.

    8.6. In cases where the Seller, in connection with the purchase of a bundle of Products, offers a discounted price compared to the individual purchase price (e.g., 5 for the price of 4, 3 for 2, etc.), the right of withdrawal may be exercised even for only some of the purchased products. In this case, the price will be recalculated based on the regular price for the individual item. In all other cases (e.g., combined sales, promotional offers, prize operations), the right of withdrawal may only be exercised by returning all the Products included in the purchase; partial returns are not accepted.

    8.7. If the right of withdrawal is exercised in compliance with the above conditions (paragraphs 8.1 to 8.4), the Seller shall reimburse the amounts paid by the Customer no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller was informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, provided that the Seller has received the returned goods or that you provide proof that the goods have been sent. The Seller will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly request a different method and the Seller agrees. For example, refunds may be issued by crediting your PayPal account or by bank transfer.

    8.8. In case of withdrawal, the only cost to be borne by you shall be the initial shipping costs of the order. All other costs, including the return shipping costs for the returned goods (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by the Seller), will be refunded by the Seller.

    8.9. RN Publishing S.a.s. also undertakes to cover the initial shipping costs of the Products only in the case of damage during transport or shipping errors attributable to the Seller. Only in such cases will the Seller also refund the shipping charges you paid. The Seller will arrange a courier to collect the Products at the address indicated by you.

    8.10. After the Products have been returned, except as provided in paragraph 8.7 and in cases of defective product returns, the Seller will deduct from the refund a flat fee equal to the shipping and delivery costs previously incurred by you, or the standard delivery fees applicable for the relevant destination country. Furthermore, once the returned Products are handed over to the courier designated by the Seller in the Return Form, the Seller releases you from any liability in case of loss or damage during transit.

    8.11. In the event of withdrawal, the Seller will process the corresponding refund within 30 days from the date it receives the returned Products in accordance with the procedures outlined above, by crediting the amount using the same payment method selected at the time of the Order.

    8.12. If you exercise the right of withdrawal without complying with the procedures described above (e.g., after the 14-day deadline established by law, or without completing the Return Form, etc.), the Seller will return the purchased Products to you and charge you for any additional shipping costs.

    9. Warranty for Non-Conforming Products

    9.1. The Seller is liable for any defects in the products offered on the website, including the non-conformity of the items with the products ordered, in accordance with applicable Italian legislation.

    9.2. If the Customer has entered into the contract as a Consumer (meaning any natural person acting on the website for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, or professional activity), this warranty is valid provided the following conditions are met:

    1. The defect appears within 24 months from the date of delivery of the products;
    2. The Customer submits a formal complaint regarding the defects no later than 2 months from the date on which the defect was discovered;
    3. The Return Form is properly completed.

    9.3. In particular, in the event of non-conformity, the Consumer Customer has the right to restore the conformity of the products at no cost, through repair or replacement, or to obtain an appropriate price reduction or the termination of the contract for the disputed goods and a refund of the corresponding price.

    9.4. All return shipping costs for defective products will be borne by the Seller.

    The Customer acknowledges, accepts, and agrees that all communications, notifications, confirmations, information, reports, and any documentation regarding transactions carried out in connection with the purchase of Products will be sent to the email address provided at the time of registration, with the possibility to download such information onto a durable medium in the manner and within the limits specified on the Site.

    13. Applicable Law, Dispute Resolution, and Jurisdiction

    These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and shall be interpreted accordingly, without prejudice to any overriding mandatory rules of the country in which the Customer habitually resides. Consequently, the interpretation, performance, and termination of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be subject exclusively to Italian law, and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be resolved exclusively by the Italian judicial authority.

    In particular, if the Customer qualifies as a Consumer, any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court of the Customer’s domicile or residence, in accordance with applicable law. If, instead, the Customer is acting in the exercise of their entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity, the parties expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the Court of Novara.

    14. Amendments and Updates

    The Seller may amend or update these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Therefore, Customers shall be required to accept only the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect at the time of the relevant purchase. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall take effect as of the date they are published on the website www.rnpublishing.com and shall apply exclusively to purchase orders submitted after that date.
